This year I want to really stick to healthy eating and exercising, not really focusing on losing weight but focusing on a more healthy lifestyle - (but every now and than I can cheat right)
One of the biggest things I am starting that I want to do to keep me in line is keeping a calendar
One great way to set up my schedule. Work outs are pre-scheduled and I am trying hard to include others because having buddies to be there is better. Having a person there makes me feel like I have a meeting to get too and can't miss it.
Second, Making good choices with food. I have been purposely leaving my wallet in places where I can't get to it when I go to work. So, I bring my lunch to work. That way if someone said's hey wan to go eat lunch, I say sorry I don't have my wallet with me and I am forced to eat my healthy home made meal. I am also starting to bring home a healthy protein shake so on my way home while driving I am going to drink my shake, so I don't feel the need to stop anywhere nor run for the bag of chips for a presnack before dinner.
Positive Mind - Means good results.
My biggest problem is mind over body - I see myself and think negatively,
I am finding ways to boost my self-esteem, give me motivation. SO thanks to my friend
Pinterest I know have tons of motivation - everyday I try to look up pictures that motivate me without making me feel bad about myself.
